Peace is a consentrated effort... flowing outwards from you into the very same world that you expect peace returned to you. It all begins with you though... and your peace is not attached to any expectations or conditions based on the people and environment around you. In all essence any court of law... here on earth or in the balance of the universe... does the defense of, " I was waiting for my neighbor to do first' ... ever stand up as a valid excuse. You are responsible for the consequences of your own action or inaction... why expect your neighbor to do something you couldn't get yourself to do? Why is it easier for human-kind to act on vengence than it is to act on goodness?
